Needing a new Cat

Got a 2001 VTR and just found out that I need a new CAT.

What is the difference between a CAt and a CAT Back?

Cat back is exhaust parts like mufflers or pipes after/back of the catalytic converter.

yea your getting a little confused, the term "cat back" just means an exhaust that is from the cat backwards, you an get "manifold back" exhausts which means its a de-cat exhaust, but none of this is anything to do with what you
