Would need a wild cam, throttle bodies and standalone ECU for that sort of power.
A Kent Cam PT41 might be up to the job?

ye have been talking to sandy and looking on rallye forms and could bring it up to 150-160 with the ph3 and one of his kits with a good map an ecu for about £1500

It takes a bit more than that, ie headwork, exhaust, valve pockets, but still not mega bucks for nice punchy 8v.

You want a decent cam and headwork followed by a good remap and you should be on the good side of 130bhp

Polishing your throttle body/ porting the inlet is going to do very little/ nothing.
I'd look into ITBs and a wilder cam (PH3 is farily mild) personally - Sandy Brown is the man to speak to. ;)
