will this manifold fit my 2002 vtr? i have got a mild stainless steel piper exhaust system on it

Yes it will fit, however.

1) It will de-cat your car
2) You may have to re-locate the oil filter, although the sportex are supposed to be a pretty good fit.
3) Its rather expensive, you can get a stainless steel Raceland for a few notes more.

no reason why it wont fit, im not sure if you have to move the oil filter or not
