I'd purchase the 4-2-1 manifold but i would spend a little bit more and get the kam racing system or supersprint system and you will have a raspy car ;).

a good alternative is the Raceland manifold as its stainless. Proven performance gains too

Whilst were on topic with the Raceland Manifold, is it hard to do a oil filter change over to a MK1 setup because mine is obviously the MK2 version?, just wondering because round October/November time after my M.O.T and insurance renewal i will be purchasing the 4-2-1 manifold but wondering how hard it is.
