i have searched but cant find the exsact answers i am looking for so here goes.

how much will my acceleration increase by, 0.1 secs to 60 0.2 secs to 60 etc
what will my top end be? 100, 110?
and will this make the clock or rev counter inaccurate?
and is it just a easy swap, no VTS driveshafts needed etc?

much for a vts gearbox aswell?
cheers

0-60 no one can really say specifically.
Top speed should be around 120mph.
Clocks will still read the same.
Should be a straight swap IIRC.

That's what the VTS box is geared for, the fact that your car has pulled to that is probably down to power, presumably you weren't hitting the limiter in 5th gear at that? If you were actually on the limiter (6250) then you ain't got a VTR box on there.

not on the limiter but it hardly moved after 120 lol gearboxs easy to swap? much for a vts one? and what about clutch?

Keep the same clutch for the car. i.e whatever box you fit on the VTR you'll always use the VTR clutch. :)

Not the hardest job in the world but lining it up can be a bastard.

vts box straight fit, will be notabley quicker off the mark, wont lose loads in top end, rev higher, may use a lil bit more juice, price anything up tp 150 is norm depending on age and condtion.
