ok i have read the sticky but dont see why i need a header tank what does it do and is it really important or can i do it without one?

as the bleeding point at the back of the engine is higher air gets trapped init or somthin along those lines i think
just cut a bottle in half :)

To raise the coolant to a point higher than the highest bleed screw, if you are filling the rad up from lower than the highest point it'll never circulate with gravity if you get me? :)

Also, you put the bottle in the radiator, where you fill the coolant

There should be three bleed points around your Engine, you only really need to use 2. The heater and Engine screws, the rad one can be used if you want to.
