£2500 upwards, adds anything from 60% more performance to well over 100% more ie vts goes from 120 at the fly to over 200, vtr goes from 98 or 90 to 170 etc.

GMC only do an off the shelf supercharger conversion but they undoubtably would make you one.
Carworx do turbo kits.
Cituning also do turbo kits but they are a bit rubbish

If GMC do a turbo kit it wouldnt be immediatly, as GMC are finding out and already knew the tuning market is taking a dive in comparison to the last 2 or more years, the decline will only get worse and this is due to the way the manufacturers are controlling things like the ecu with the new bsi bus system which requires a complete new ecu etc to make any form of tuning possible.
The ecus are that clever that you cannot change any small thing with out even upsetting them, its all great stuff but sadly restricted by the emissions market.
if you have and will spend the dosh to live and get what you want then go for either a turbo or supercharger, both have positive gains with negative overcomes but you need to know EXACTLY what you want and how to do it.
MOST people are all talk and this is as far as any sort of charged conversion goes, those who do will known the difference, or those who have been in a charged saxo will know.

john at gmc said he had no problem doing a turbo conversion, but he said he would want to make sure everything was running spot on before he would give it back, he stated he would need the car for a while. would do a good job tho no doubt smileys/smiley17.gif
