TBH i wouldn't bother at all! if your going to turbo your saxo, has to be a VTR/S really to make it worth while

even if done well you're still going to increase the tempertures in and around the engine, extra stresses etc and as a result reduce engine longetivity. Even if replacing some of the critical components with forged versions.

you would be wiser to get a vtr/vts engine (much lower reliability issues compared with turboed engine) and would have just slightly lower bhp than a 1.4 turbo version. The money saved obtaining an engine could be put towards cams, de-cat, blah blah.

also you could sell you 1.4 engine to contribute to the costs... smileys/smiley16.gif
