Got my 1999 furio sitting on my drive and i want to upgrade it to a track day car looking at doing this over a year ish so money aint an issue really as i got a full time job and am 17 well lets try and keep it as cheap as poss

i was looking at putting a vts 1.6 in is a direct fit and will i only need to replace the gearbox cluch and wiring loom or will i want more cos i thought of getting a smashed up vts

what elce would you up grade discs all round : S

i want to up grade as the engine is caput

id get another 1.4 or repair the one in and spend all the cash on the chassis if its going to be a track car

good brake pads/discs/fluid and braided lines a load of poly bushes and go from there with it all

itll be more fun as itll be more chuckable and probably as quick as if you spent out on a vts lump
