Gearbox + Clutch Query?

My clutch bearing is on its way out, and im currently running a Vtr engine with a furio gearbox. Im going to be sticking a 16v S lump into it soon, and thought i might aswell change the clutch as well as the bearing.

So will the furio gearbox fit the VTS engine?

you do know the clutch goes on the engine and not the gearbox dont you? just the post is slighlty odd imo? makes me think you think the clutch is in the gearbox and youll be wanting to use it on the vts? .....if that makes any sense to you at all?

In theory i will need to purchase a VTS clutch kit, or are they the same? & Yes i do know it goes on the engine, just read my first post and realise that it was misleading.

yea you always buy the clutch made for the engine

and if your fitting a new engine id fit a new clutch regardless anyway

you will need a vts clutch... but gear box will fit.. but if you putting a vts engine in.. then will need a vts clutch aswell.
