was wondering which manifold would be better for a saxo vtr!
all i have is a k&n induction kit and kam racing stainless centre section with scorpion back box for now but i am looking at supercharging so which manifold would suit me best? also i do have the phase 2 model but im willing to change the oil filter!

A 4-1 gives better top-end but a 4-2-1 gives better pull from bottom end I believe.
Someone correct me if i'm wrong.

I personally have always had 4-2-1's, trying to think what my mate told me when I was looking at a 4-1, he said not to get one for some reason. I'll try and remember and post up later.

your current manifold is a 4-1 design so dont expect too much difference in peak revs by using an aftermarket 4-1

yes. you will see gains in bhp, though the rev curve will not be altered drastically in general shape,
