what sort of fuel pressure should my vts have, its reading 7bar on my regulator, could this be why its idling funny?

do you have a adjustable reg? also 7 bar is abit high dude... normal FPR is 3 bar on a standard vts.

Suprised u aint got bore wash with so much fuel, was probs coming out the back neat

3.5 is what the vtr runs at standard :y:

just fit an oem weber or bosch one and leave the fuel pressure alone

Ive got an oem one here if you need it, a vtr one or a vts one.

yer did you adjust it up?? or did it just go up to that by itself.... i hear a few adjustable FPR playing up like that. just stick ac standard 3 vts one or a vtr 3.5 one in

My experience of them is that they are turd - the standard fpr's are the way to go

it was set by the bloke who i bought it off, im leaving it in because im pretty skint atm, all im asking is what pressure to set it to. and yeah im suprised it hasnt washed the bores aswell tbh. cheers
