hi, i got a 106 gti at the moment and my radiator is completely knackered... you just touch is and parts of it come off in your hands! lol

what is the best radiator to get at a reasonable price

also at the same time i am going to change the thermostat so are the normal 106 gti thermostats ok to run or is there one that will open earlier and keep it cooler?

also thinking of putting another fan in as i only have 1 at the moment and there is space for two

and i dont know if it helps but will also be going boost with the car

That's their intention...

Just get a cheap ass one from any motorfactors, will be about £40

Standard thermostat will also suffice, don't bother with an extra fan.

If your car overheats regularly it may be an underlying issue

You can;t be after a "cheap" radiator and be wanting to go boost..

Olnly really does anything when you aren't moving, and if it gets too hot then as i mentioned, you have another issue

standard stat and nissens rad will be fine, dont want another stat as you dont want to run the engine any cooler than was intended originally IMO
