What is cammed? I've never known what it means so was curios. And how much does it cost and would it b beneficial to a 1.4?

the cam is what open and closes the valves into the cylinder
a more aggresive cam ( the car is cammed ) means that the valves are open for longer allowing more air into the cylinder with a re map to allow more fuel you get a decent gain in bhp
ive cammed my furio (not had it mapped yet) but if iam honest you may aswell buy a vtr/s engine, its a fun car but it doesnt really show the money ive put into it
