enigine coolant?

i have a 1.4 westcoast on a t-reg,
how much engine coolant do i put in (in litres lol)
and how nuch water?

actually that might be for a vts, one sec ill take another look

haynes says 5.5 litres fills a 1.4 coolant system so id use 2 litres of coolant and 3.5 litres of water

it actually says use 50% coolant for protection down to -37 degrees and 55% for protection down to -45 degrees lol both of these seam a bit over cautious lol

but remember it is a coolant as well to keep temps down when hot, not just to stop it freezing....
