hi i am from chile and i have a saxo vts 8v 2002 with induction kit ,
mainflow and 2` line , now i want to put a new cam and remap, but i dont
know what cam is avaible for my car, can anyone help me? where i can find it

the vts is 16v mate and i cnt help u with anything else..

VTS tends to be a 1.4 abroad jay smileys/smiley2.gif Saxo Cup is the 16V 1.6

sorry but here in chile arrived saxos vts but with vtr engine , well. only i
know because of that my vts or vtr is 8v 100 hps. but for a vtr my question
is what camshaft perfomanse kit can i buy?

you can get a selection of different cams mate.
piper cams or kent cams do a kit with the cam and new springs etc, i would look at getting a vernier pulley to, so you can setup the timing. you will need a remap to get the best results from a cam upgrade to.

you can also buy a custom cam that has profiles ground to suit the mods on your car.

hate to shit on ya chips boz but ya dont have your cams ground down a high lift cam is a increases lobe size not ground down

the profile of a cam or the cam lobe is produced on an offset grinding machine centre. hence i used the word 'ground'.

i know how cams etc are made, i have ground them before (not for a car, but its the same process) LOL
