are 'green stuff' brake pads n e good?im thinking of buying some because my front pads are worn & need 2 b changed from standard vtr pads which i currently have.can anybody offer me any advice?

i have the green stuf pads on my vtr all round. and they are the excellent, they can be a bit dodgy when you use them for the first few times you brake, but when they have warmed up a bit they bite down really well. they made a big difference. smileys/smiley2.gif

no problem bud, they also produce next to no brake dust so you wont have hacky wheels anymore.

check out ebay too, they have some good grooved and drilled discs that are a good price smileys/smiley2.gif

not sure mate, im sure they were £45 a pair or each? was a while ago and they are great with the green stuf pads smileys/smiley17.gif

they aint bad but i didnt notice that much of a difference apart from the fact they wore down a hell of alot quicker than the red dots and the standard ones i had on before them
on the plus side though it was alot less hassle cleaning my wheels because there was hardly even any brake dust on them while i had the greenstuffs on
