Dont Know What Cams or ECU ?? Help Please !

Hi Guys

Since being on saxperience and getting my VTR soon ! :)

I have seen many manufactures of cams so this has really confused me ! I want good power gains without having to upgrade to throttle bodies or uprated pistons ect but only wanting to do a cam and remap package, i will be using the car as a daily but want cams between road and track ? if that makes sense -wanting some wild cams but not massively wild.

so what Cams and Ecu's can you recommend for good power gains !

Also where is a good place to get a remap done ?

+1 for a Vts conversion.

An instant 20-30bhp upgrade with the same reliability and drivability as your standard Vtr.

Works out cheaper than buying a cam and vernier, getting them fitted, then timed up on the dyno and a remap

Seems you may be right Andy, I know he's been building but not sure how far along he's got along but would agree VTS block would be a better start

okay thanks guys ! only thing is im coming up to 18 so want something more insurance friendly i mean a VTS lump is abit noticeable as much as id love one !
