I saw this on ebay while lookin for a suitable base for a track VTS that i may be starting next year anyway thats a different story.

I saw this does this replace the exsisting coilpack? or what it confused me slightly :panic:

Yes that will replace the standard coil pack. It will basically be like the older style engines with the square coilpack to the side of the block instead of sitting on the plugs.

See below for more information on the mod. The belief seems to be that the older coilpacks are bombproof compared to their modern counterparts.

As for a performance coilpack. It's not going to be needed on anything other than something running serious power.
