Hi there got an ashley race exhaust today. Got the centre pipe on and trying todo the backbox, what way round do the clamps need to go as everyway I try it's almost touching the floor really crappy. How do I make it sit higher?
Cheers phil

hello mate i done mine the other day and sits really well. i went to halfrauds and got some different rubbers which helped alot and you have to rotate the box as they are dead straight so will go up and down with a twist

Do you have any pics what way the clamps should go? So your saying fit it and then push the backbox up with the clamps loose and then tighten.

erm 4 inch mate but if you have the little recess on ur car atm like all the 1.1's do the take ur time i spent half hour marking it out before going near it with the hole cuter. just make sure u center it really well otherwise you will be pissed off when your exhaust looks like it sits off center

gooood when you do it because the drill bit goes in the hole cutter i had my drill bit almost at the blttom of the bumper which gave me the half circle and left a really good job if you go to high with it then you will get 3 quater circle
