lamda sensor

hi ive fitted a 4-1 manifold to my car bt the threads have gone on the top lambda sensor the (green plug ) bt i have a lambda sensor of an early mk2 which only has the one lambda on the exhaust could i fit this one ? it has a white and plug plug? sulrey there just the same ? cus i knw wen fitting the blue plug on the newer saxos needs to be sleeved so surle putting this older lambda in wld work ?

sumone help asap need my car :(
