hi, im new to this site. i got a 1 litre ax cheap and wona vtr it!
i no its a pretty straight forward swap init!?!

but jst fort id become a member on this forum for any help if needed. :)

any1 done it? got links to threads, etc??

anything would be good, cheers. ben.

and i no il get ppl sayin "why not just VTS it for the same amount of hassle" or whatever... but i can get vtr parts and engine cheaper and easiyer!! lol.

its gona b vtr parts tht il need help with if anything tho.. ilke brakes, lowering rear, etc...

AX VTR's are epic fun.

However don't just lob a VTR engine in with the frankly, utter SHITE suspension and brakes Citroen cursed the AX with

lol im kidding mate, i seriously would fit a 16v engine but, you came on here for advise not to be told what you should do to your own car lol

id buy a cheap crashed vtr and swap all the parts over obviously if everything is in good working order, everything should bolt straight on

do i need to change the loom or will the 1.0 loom plug into the 1.6 vtr lump? and jst gota change the ecu!!??
