If your tappets are noisy, get some good 10w 40 oil in it, or get them adjusted (if you can)
As for your clutch bearing the only fix is to change it or turn the radio up

Its most proberly tappy due to the fact that your tappets need adjusting, about the clutch release bearing i think its not a problem them being noisy as mine was before and fitted new clutch + bearing and the new one is noisy to. tbh i dont think its nothing to worry about as i think they are noisy on most saxo's/106's

Yeah i've heard there still noisy when fitting a new clutch or not but it's annoying, and seems its getting worse, when i had a new clutch i had the whole lot bearing, clutch and clutch plate, but like you said there still noisy..
But thanks for the advise, also how do i adjust the tapits ?
Thanks

Yes i dont think there is a actually fix to sort it, its just how they are, but if it did happen to get worse or something happen to your clutch then take it back to where you got it done. :y:.
If your not familiar with working on engine etc i would do some research around and get a garage to do it, as it wont be expensive
hope you get it all sorted
