It would fail. Just as if you were to put an aftermarket or rallye mani on.

But you want to decat it anyway so would make no difference to the final outcome. My friends passed with no cat on a 16v so im sure your 1.1 will be fine. (not saying it will pass though, he may have had a friendly tester lol)

Ochhh tell me bout it lol! maybe with your decat now youll get a 120bhp ;)
No offence but I wouldnt bother with de-cating a 1.1... Not because its a 1.1 and slow... but 'cause theres no need for it.
Just put a straight through centre pipe and a back box.
It thats not loud enough for you get a bigger diameter centre pipe..

haha yeh course it will :) its not worth 100-140 quid for a manifold that will give me like what 3 hp at the most :(

Why spend buying a 1.3 rallye manifold and then pissing about to fit it?? ;)

it was a thought i might just get a 2nd hand manifold and mash the cat out so when i have a mot ill change to the other one with the cat in ;)

Mk1 saxo manifolds have no CAT, if you want to decat mk2's use this. It does require relocating the oil filter, there is a guide on sax-p about it
