help please

Hi guys, new on here. i got a 2000 x reg saxo vtr
today it started to randomly like misfire when tryin to hold the car a a constant speed, although once i accelerated it is fine. only seems to happen at a constant speed. please help me. what could this be?

have you checked the sparkplugs and ignition coils ?

its ok now, changed coil pack, spark plug and fuel filter. but it statred again so i cleaned the MAF sensor, now to drives like new again.
