when i had this fitted to my care i never really had any 'pops and bangs' would this be because i have the middle box fitted to my car?
as i know a lot of people have said it needs a straight through system to get the pop?

the omex rev limiter and launch control system has nothing to do with whether a car pops and bangs, its all about the fueling and the exhaust system you are running.

i think you're getting this 'cheap' product confused with the likes of a 'Bee R rev limiter' or anti lag. and unless your car is turbo'd then anti lag isn't something you could run.
and i say cheap because even though it is omex, they're crap.

Using and questioning the omex in this way is as bad as a flamer kit

Decat + 3"+ straight through and decent fueling = pops and bangs.

wrong, when a standard vts engine that just has an exhaust system on it, the pop/bangs/flames are caused by poor fuelling and it is a lean bang.

If you have a standalone Ecu, turn overrun fuel cut on and see what noises it makes then ;)
I personally didn't like it too much as overrun fuel cut made it a bit jumpy when you got back on the throttle (especially with a light throttle spring)

:P i find turning the soft cut limiter down to 4,000rpm makes a lot of bangs and plenty of flames

this is what i am saying mate, is it because i have the big middle box, that its preventing the system from making and pops or bangs?
