haha yeah true. gt5 have done well not many games do updates as many as they have in a years time with as much content. people on gt planet moan oh its cos it wasnt the final game when it wasnt released which is true but whos to say we have now reached the final update to how it would have been released and spec 2 is a real free update update like burnout paradise did with the bikes and weather.

They pushed back the release date like 10 times then you still have to go back and download stuff. I was gonna buy a ps3 when GT would come out, tried prologue at a mates and it was a letdown to say the least, lol at paying 25 quid for what is basically a demo. Then lol at paying £40+ for a non finished product, like buying a car and they'll send you the interior carpet and parcel shelf in 6 months. Bought a 360 in the end after reading the GT reviews and how it felt unfinished + some terrible loading times, not looking back after reading the reviews on forza.

still imo they have kept to there word to constantly update the game. most developers only update for a couple of months. i must say tho i do miss forza 2 (i got rid of my x-box way before forza 3 came out) and it just has something that gt5 doesnt. played forza 3 at a mates and didnt enjoy it one bit. forza 4 look amazing though. however to me gt5 has something forza doesnt and forza has something gt doesnt. they are both good and both a let down in different ways. have been tempted to get another xbox for forza though

well with the new save feature i began lemans 24hr race 3 days ago. only managed to do 2 hours so far lmao but anyways got a question as iv never noticed this before so not sure if its to do with it being a 24hr race or due to the new update or what but has anyone else noticed in the left corner below the lap /position counter theres what looks like a wheel or a funny shape U with dots under it and a % next to it. what exactly is this? iv done only 2hours of the race but this thing is still on 0% anyone help me out with what its for?

na its not tires as the normal tyre indicator is still there. but you saying that have just gave me an idea to what it may be :)
im sure i remember reading on the update list that there was a rain surface depth indicator? maybe its that?

Well i thought id have a bash online, suprisingly you can get onto the Spa track even though you havent
bought it and i must say its my fave track! totally pwns the rest on the game if im honest! DC2 and Civic loved it! BWWAAAAAARP. It struggled against a Std model EG Civic though even at 460bhp. :S

after purchasing several cars for a fellow member on here and not being able to send them as it wont let me:wall:. I have decided to share them online so everyone can use them, treat them as you like as i have at least one other of all the cars i have put on there. They have all been modified as much as you can with an oil change before use and racing soft tyres btw

Ive been on Forza 4 recently and its kinda dented my love for GT. Engine noises are cringe worthy but its still a good game imo.

Use the Zonda (the black race one) with full 200kg balast, soft racing tyres and put the power down to whatever makes it 650pp :)

Ruf + top gear track = drifting lesson. The track is good because it has wide open corners plenty of practice with out hitting anything.

Started playing GT5 again, just done those latest seasonal events, the time trial ones are piss, I get gold with at least 6-7 seconds to spare.

My little bro just finished the GT academy, was pretty tricky for me but he came overall in the top 300 in the UK or something like that using the GT Logic steering wheel.
