hey people , hav jus bought a 01 reg balck vtr standard and would just like to ask what you guys think in what order i should get engije mods like exhaust, air filters, cams etc.

coz i needed a new car now and cudnt afford the vts or its insurance so i thought id get the vtr and mod it with the money i get paid over the months

4-1 gmc manifold
decat
magnex exhaust
fast road cam. piper, kent, cat
ported polished head
remap

someone will say something else.
id save for a vts mate, cause your insurance is gonna go up anyway and thats not gonna be cheap. your choice though

Start with breather mods:

Enclosed induction - BMC or Green
Full stainess exhaust - Piper or Magnex
Manifold - 4-1 or 4-2-1 any good make will do

Then move on to:
Cams
Head work

Then a Re-map to suit and to yet the most performance out of your mods

Other options maybe: (depending on cash flow)

Turbos
Superchargers
Throttle bodies

Im sure thiers more but theirs an idea
