anyone know of anyone decent that dont just make it look the part?
whats hiflow heads like, anyone dealt with them before.
also would it be worth doing this to a c2 vts head with newman ph3 cams over doing it to a standard saxo vts head?
thanks

C2 head is better to start with.
Simply fitting that should see again.
Hi flow heads you will get contradicting views, my personal one is there customer service is poor, there workmanship is worse and you would probably get better results from useing a dremel on the head in your kitchin.
This of course is my opinion based on the heads and results seen on two cars ive workd on (205 1.9gti and a gti6), when fitted both made less power than standerd.
And when you think the 6 had being the cr upped and uprated camshafts it should of made a lot more.
My family always use auto sprint in birmingham with good results.

Avoid hiflowheads at all costs. I've seen some of their work. As swampy says, you don't want it. AT ALL.
Try CNC heads - customer service is excellent. They'll be building my new head over this winter. For sure, you'll be wanting to mod the JP4 head over the J4 head.
