Hi-Flow Sports Cat

Just bought a VTS which has a Hi-Flow Sports Cat fitted to it.

Anyone ever had one or got one?

As I'm not sure what it was like with a standard cat compared to this, what are the advantages?

I had a Pugsport and decat on my old 106 GTI and it was great, was possibly gonna go that route again but want to find out more about what this Hi-Flow is

Just have less cells per square inch inside. This allows the exhaust gases to flow quicker through the cat. I have one on my vtr, feels less restricted than the oe cat but still not as good as a decat.

The lambda seems to be pointing downwards, any idea if these cats can be spun round so the lambda isn't too close to the road?
