Anyone know the Citroen Part No's for a full cambelt kit?
Belt
Tensioner
Roller
Waterpump
Or know of the best place to get them or the best make of belt?
Also, what have people been charged for a belt change?

assuming that this is for a 16v
0831L1 is the timing kit
1201E5 Is the water pump
Best place I found to get the bits from is gsf car parts just give them the citroen part no and they can cross them over and supply oe parts
Hope this helps mike

Did the kit change Part Number from Mk1 to Mk2 ?
Is that why the two above part no's are different or is one of them wrong ?
I have a Mk2 and if I buy the parts themselves then I'd rather get them from Citroen as seen a few problems with weak kits from ECP/GSF

Oh, and for a laugh the price from my local Citroen dealer was £365.84 and that didn't include the waterpump.
Going to buy the parts and get a friend to do it as private work

No mate, the number the first lad quoted was wrong, that number went about 18months ago lol. The numbers I gave you are the right numbers.
That sounds about right tbh for dealer price. Anywhere between 300-400.

why do you want parts from the dealer? get a gates cambelt kit, gates make most cambelts for most car companys anyway, and get a water pump from 106parts 30 quid, cambelt kit is normally 80 quid for the full kit for a vts.

I normally get Gates put on if I have a belt done but not managed to source a gates kit for anywhere near £80
As for waterpump, what makes do people use?
Want decent parts, not parts made of cheese

Gates cam belt kit is around £90 and a QH water pump around £35 from a motor factors.
I only use Pug/ Citroen if I have to now - ordered a genuine oil filter from Pug recently. Went to pick it up with some other bits, it was a cheapy £3 oil filter inside the genuine box. Politely told them where to go.

Hmm seem to be going to the wrong places if you can get it at that price most motor factors do them around that price.
Yer 220 a good price there about the same to what I could do it for.

Thats true, they don't always use genuine parts which is quite gay really lol.
