Ok just done a quick search of 'Twin Fan Guide' and nothing came up just requests. Think there is one somewhere though if I looked more.
Ive just done mine and taken some pics after of the process.
Very easy to do.
Requires, 2 x Fans mk2 VTR or VTS and a VTS housing, fuse, Wire for battery + earth, switch, suitable connections for earth and battery.
Tools: 10mm Socket, Philips screwdriver, Stanley knife or wire cutters.
How to remove the fan from a car (havnt had to do this, this time round so no pics)
It's not part of the main loom, it connects in the large engine bay fuse box, earth point in front of the battery tray and the connector to the sensor in the top right hand corner of the rad.
Remove the above connections, fuse box will need the yellow tab pushing out then pull out the correct connector, fuse 5 iirc, 2 blue wires on the mk2 setup single red one for mk1 setup, earth bolt is 10mm iirc, radiator sensor just has one of the clips U clips that pull out with some long nose pliers.
Then undo the 2 bolts at the top of the surround again 10mm iirc and lift the fan out of it's lower mounts and feed the cables out from between the rad and slam panel.

Heres the guide for assembling the fan.
Get yourself a VTS fan or Mk2 VTR fan as these fit too. I only got a pic of after, so heres how to undo the fan off a VTS:

Undo the 3 10mm nuts holding the fan in place:

undo the philips screw on the housing, for both sides:

unclip the relay by twisting and pushing:

chop the yellow wire to the fan from the relay:

chop the end off the red wire so you can fit ssuitable connection to the +ve battery terminal

If you aint sure if the fan works, get a charged battery, heres a 6v I used obviously have the fan off the ground Its only on the floor here as I was takin the pic:

Now if it works reassemble into the housing with the 3 10mm nuts.
red +ve obviously goes to the + battery terminal, send this to the switch first with a fuse before. On the other side of the switch have a wire earthing it. The other yellow wire from the fan also earths, so somewhere suitable like inner wing.
Il get pics for the other bits ive just mentioned when I do it in a week or so.
