sucking air noise

im finding that when you rev the engine as the revs decrease it sounds like its sucking in air around where the MAP sensor and the ICV is. any ideas would be great

i have just been outside to have another listen it defiantly sounds as if it is sucking air in between 1000 and 2000 rpm, i have also had problems with the revs fluctuating, when it does this it sounds as if its sucking in air alot more
