i'm sure there are 2 methods to lower a torsion bar, either notches where you have to go 25mm, 50mm, 75mm, 100mm ect and the other method you can get an accurate height aka whatever you want and i'm sure the 2nd methods is better for your bearings

how does the other method work, just get the height and knock the tortion bars in or something

lol, thats the prob i dnt no how to set it, i bin told loads of different messurments for each notch and not sure which 1 2 go by, its a bit of a pain reli, its eitha replace both bushes or the axel, its cheaper and easier and quiker to du the axel

the 2nd method you take the bar out and set it to what you want
thats how i had it done and give you piece of mind knowing you havent bodged it

what so pull the tortion bar out set the height and then just push it back in, or do i have to twist it a bit till it goes in

please take any thoughts of notches out of your mind unless you want to replacing the axle again in the near future, theres a guide on here that shows you how to do it properly, i've linked it so many times its boring. Try the search function
