Hey,
Just bought a 1.4 Furio, and looking for the best manifold for it? Makes etc...
Am i right in saying the 1.4 and 1.6 8v will fit but anything 16v would have different studs on the head?
Im taking it that a 106 one would fit aswell?
Cheers for any help,
Bill,

any 8v manifold will fit weather its a 1.0 or a 1.6, and yea 106 manis will fit, and yea 16v manis wont fit
raceland are usually the most popular brand as they are cheap, if you fit the 4-2-1 you have to relocate the oil filter to a mk1 set up

or for an extra £20 you can just buy a 4-1 and it'll fit fine,

you can buy more expensive 4-2-1 manis such as the supersprint/janspeed/piper ones but they are more expensive

Ok cheers mate,
What one would you recommend?
Im not fussed about moving the oil filter tbh, i take it its not a big job?
Also were would be the best place to buy them?
BTW i have a Mk2 with a 3 plug ECU, the one with 2 Lambda sensors. Do i just leave one out?
Cheers,
Bill

if there isn't a place to screw the second lambda in to then you can sleeve it which basically means screwing this collar over it which tricks the ecu in to thinking its plugged in, you can get these from gmc and ebay, i personally would get the raceland 4-1, cheap and fits straight on will probably cost more than £20 the convert the philtre, kamracing is a good place to buy them fast delivery etc but if you research might get them cheaper else where, ive bought from kam before and i was happy :y: plus they are registered on here so easy to get hold of

4-1 is better for top end power a 4-2-1 is low down/midrange. (think i got it in right order)

raceland is best if you dont wana spend to much money but if you wana better power and fitment go for supersprint or piper

Just get a raceland or sportex 4-2-1. Cheap enough and will do the job on a 1.4
Any 8v Mani will fit
