I know there's a thread going on about TB's, Turbos etc but was just wondering if anyone knows how much it would cost to get a conversion done by for example Ricky-p? Looking for figures around 150-160bhp. I would need parts and labour. Thanks :D

why not get a doner engine and have a go at doing the conversion yourself and learn a good bit about your car?

same as me and I have built a saxo up from a bare shell, it would suprise you how quickly you learn

Are you mechanically minded tho? I mean when i was younger and my push bike broke, when i tried to fix it i made it worse :( Thats how bad i am :homme:

tbh I struggle to put a new lace in a shoe but taking your time and reading well wrote guides could help you do anything:y:

Ricky and I were chatting about doing it to my blacktop VTR, It's something he's never done so we want to do it.. You're gonna be looking around 3k ish including mapping I'd say, in the Predator forum they do a drive in system for £2.5k IIRC

Also add on the price of extra insurance one you have a turbo setup......needs to be taken into account

as said roughly 3k it all depends on what you want.

GR Performance in Swinton would be my first choice for anything like that.

I could easily spec you up a conversion costing 2/2.5k max gets you 150bhp reliably and easily
