Vts holding back/flatspot issues help

Hey guys my vts is playing up driving along and it will splutter for a few seconds but put the throttle down an it will go again. Then about every ten miles the same happens as if there's not enough fuel getting to the engine at times

Any suggestions?

what milage is on the car? injectors maby?

you say no enough fuel but you shouldnt rule out that maybe theres a sparking problem ? coilpacks seem to be a regular issue with these.

Could be over fueling due to faulty lambda
