Basically i race 2 stroke karts and have got loads of fuel lying about and was wondering if i can put it in my car its mixed 200ml of 2 stroke oil to 5 liters petrol if anything it would be better as would oil up the valves but wondering if it would block up the injectors would just be abit smokey if anyone has done this or knows if its ok can they let me know?
Thanks

it has oil mixed in with it which is not needed. i use to race tkm's aswell. had accidently put some 2 stroke mix in a 4 stroke it smoked abit didnt run great but didnt hurt it but i relly wouldnt bother putting in your car.

It'd be fine i'd have thought.
Whats the worst its gonna do, blow a bit of smoke?
If you are worried, you could always put 20 litres of the 2 stroke fuel in, then put 20 litres of proper fuel in to drop it to about 10 to 1. :y:

Yeh you can stick it in then fill up with unleaded. It'll be fine mate :)

serious no no. Unless you have a diesel. On a diesel it upps the octane and gives a better burn. On a pertol car it might destroy the injectors, fuel pump and i dont know how its gonna lube the valves. Thats what engine oil is for not petrol.

petrol is less of a lubricant than diesel so its better to put diesel/oil in a petrol than the other way round. Its not going to do any good but if you whacked it in with a full tank the car really will not notice.

i use to do it all the time in my xr2i as i race carts too. i even use to use the fuel from diesel tanks that was filled petrol by mistake the only down side was that it misfired like a bastard above 5k rpm but times are not as hard now and i have money for petrol so no need to do it.

You'll be amazed with what you can run your car on really, a lot of people panic like mad if something other than Petrol or Diesel goes in their tanks.
The only thing you really don't want in there is water, but all Tanks have a bit in the bottom as you can't keep it from fuel and also moisture gets inside the tank :)

Likely to coke up the engine more readily. I would not do it unless you had to or it was very diluted
