Head bolt torque settings TU1JP

Hi guys does anyone have there Haynes to hand to find these for me I've lost mine. As said it's a TU1JP engine from a 1.1 Eastcoast. Thanks in advance.

Right the book gives the same settings for aluminium block engines as it does cast iron 1`s & its stage 20nm or 15lbf ft.
