I have been lookin round the various saxo sites and on ebay, and every now and again keep seeing references to different coloured rocker covers .. as tho there is a difference in engine .. is there a difference??
blacktop- early vtr's, the cat is under the car, it has non-roller rockers and single plug ecu
early silvertops- cat under the car but has roller rockers and 3 plug ecu
late silvertops- cat in manifold, roller rockers and 3 plug ecu

Nice one.. am i to assume the engine with roller rockers is a better engine?? sorry for the dim view but this is the first non ford car i've owned...
well the silvertop with cat in manifold has 98bhp as opposed to the blacktop's 90, but there's little difference on the road to be honest.
