That 4-2-1 manifold only has 1 sensor at the bottom and standard manis have 2, one at bottom and one at the top??

depends what manifold you are buying. Supersprint 8v Manifold (http://www.kamracing.co.uk/index.php/supersprint-inox-race-manifold-citroen-saxo-8v.html) sitting next to me certainly has two.
