I have a straight through system althought it still has a silencer does that still count as being straight through?
And also even with this powerflow exhaust system and 4-2-1 manifold I cant get it to pop, will taking the silencer out make any difference?

it depends on whether the bore changes inside the silencer.

Yes I should do if u get an induction kit ul get more air in so u will get more fuel to so will have more chance of there being waste going into the exhaust that's what makes it pop unused fuel we'll I fink that's rite

its best to have a basicaly just a pipe from the manifold all the way back to the backbox.
as stated and uprated air intake will help (not a cone filter) try an enclosed kit or performance filter in a standard air box.

Its worth noting tho, you will want to keep some pressure in the exhaust so if you have a massive jap can etc they are harder to get to pop in my experience.

One thing ive noticed about myne is, when its up to temp.. it pops more.
Myne popped most when approching junctions if i dropped down a gear popped like crazy

silencers have little effect on performance if designed right. The trick with a normally aspirated exhaust system is to go for one that can flow enough when the engine is on full chat, but is small enough to still give good gas speed at low revs so the mid range is not hurt.
