vts overhaul

hi everyone iv took my mrk1 vts head to get skimmed and thought while its of ill get them to do an overhaul,so it getting all the seals done cleaned out ect ect,can anyone tell me what difference i may notice when its all back on,cheers

Id change the stem seals as a matter of course, but apart from that, I wouldnt bother doing anything else for the sake of it. Check it all out while its apart, but theyre quite hardy heads in my experience and shouldnt need anything replaced.

Obviously lap in the valves again though.

thanks for the reply do you know if i would notice a difference performance wise even just with a reskim.

nah you wouldnt man. Itll up the CR a bit, but not enough to notice.
