induction kit

does an induction kit like this one

make a lot of noise, can you hear the difference between the original air filter and an induction kit ?
and does an induction kit improve anything on the driving behavior of the car ( like gas respons, etc...)

They arn't the loudest out there, but they are the best all round compromise between sound, price, and performance.

They arn't silent, they will make a nicer noise than a standard airbox, but it won't be as loud as an open cone, that said it will perform better and look better. Go for it :)
