i may need a new manifold soon..

its a 2001 vtr with the cat on downpipe.,.

is there a performance or better than standard manifold i can get but still keep the cat?
like underneath the car like on the old vtr's?

or would there not really much point in a performance manifold with the cat still on?

i cant be bothered with the hassle every year for m.o.t;s and that.

cheers for any help!

the cat isnt majorly restrictive, unless its damamged. You could fit the new manifold, older cat and then cat back system from an older vtr
