Right the VTs engine is in and most of the wires bar some of the sensors are done but theres no fuel coming from the pump. The pump is fully functional and theres petrol in the tank. Now I think it has something to do with Fuse 9 in the engine bay, as wire 121 runs from the pump into it then wire 124 runs out of it into the engine loom. are any other wires required to make the fuel pump work? anything else it could be?
another thought I had is if the immobiliser wires aren't connected even though the ECU is unlocked would this affect it as the current has to pass through the transponder and ecu before the pump will activate?

I've discovered that it could be the inertia switch or crank sensor but thats as far as my knowledge goes.

ecu controls fuel pump, have you attached the main relay etc

Is the fuel pump spinning up and pressureing.

The fuel was working fine with the vtr engine and now the fuel pipes (engine) are dry as a bone.

just so everyone knows, its sorted now, I had already rewired the inertia cut off as some yardy faggot had cut it out! the problem was with the way the VTR was wired in the engine fuse box, fuse 9 was the problem, a bit of re-wiring and it was sorted!
