im guna service my vts soon but i want to know all the best stuff to use, and where to get it from? :cool:

Decent oil.
I use Millers Fully synthetic but mines a funny engine - so not sure what would be best for your engine
But fully synthetic all the way.
Get a K&N Replacement panel air filter if your currently using the standard paper filter.
:)
EDIT: just noticed you say yours has 140horses so you probably have an induction kit or something.

oil, belive its 5-40w synthetic or 10-40w
fuel filter, any
plugs, depends on you engine i.e turbo charger ... i use champion
air filter, depends what you are using now

its got a procomp induction kit on at the mo, but some clever bastard has glued the hatch thing shut so i cant get in to change the filter. ive not got a turbo or owt but ive got a head with bigger valves, what would be the best plugs then?

good question and i dont have a clue what part number they are, but bosch make them :)

not sure of teh part number or anythin but if u go into halfords then there is a wee book at teh section where the plugs r an it will give u the part number, same wit the oil. i used 10-40 in ma vts.

if you go to halfords they can print you a weekend service sheet telling you what you will need.
