Basically looking to get a backbox for my furio, ive taken a look under the car and i believe i see no silencer on my centre pipe it looks to be straight through but i could be mistaken! Wondering peoples opinions on which is better/will give me a nicer note?

depends totally onthe type of backbox you go for

Piper stainless steel.

Everyone I know with a supersprint has complained about how they rust pretty quickly.

I dont understand. How can you like the supersprint and piper and not ours?
The supersprint being a 2" straight cut tailpipe. Ours is either a 2 1/4" straight cut or outwardly rolled. The piper being an 8" diameter silencer cylinder, same as ours except we use more expensive manufacture so you dont have the folded outer lip at the ends.
Admittedly they do larger tailpipes..

I completely understand everything youve said just i have a couple friends with them and neither have got them sitting nicely neither can they manage it! Theyre both complete tools to be fair and in a completely honest answer the sound and performance gains of yours are champion i just dont want a box that doesnt sit particularly nicely. Im going to have a go at getting one of theirs sitting nicely and if i manage it then il get my order in just im not to keen currently!

Well the fitment is designed on a standard backbox so there should be no issue. If there is a genuine issue then its something we need to be able to look at but most people have been able to line them up perfectly.

my system fits perfectly, and it all lines up and sits in the bumper recess amazingly, better than any previous exhausts ive had, and then theres the sound :A:

Just spent 20 minutes playing and as presumed got it sitting nice as pie! When do you think you will have some more in stock?

we have some but I have to open every single one before I know whether they are saxo or 106 ones. Some idiot at our manufacturers labelled them wrong

Not sure how everyone is saying a supersprint is loud, you must be comparing it to a standard backbox.

Supersprint and piper both fit very very well, the supersprint has a much more raspier note the piper has a deeper tone which had louder pops and bangs (shotgun style) the supersprint pops like a rice crispy. But the supersprint you can 'feel' more pressure as you climb the revs giving it a very touchy feel to the throttle.

Supersprint is quieter which is what i wanted and don't regret, it also has a slightly OEM look to it..

but it does not fit on a standard type centre pipe meaning he would have to spend more money on an inferior product. :p
