whats the best tools to use to do this, as i want a bit more cold air coming through for my induction.

can you just drill through with the correct drill bit?

how has everybody else done this?

thanks

See no reason why not its only thin. I'm sure you could just use a hole cutter.

We've done this before and also used a strengthening bar behind it to sustain some sort of rigidity there. Just cut it out, no certain size is needed.

just use a steel drill bit? or anything else that might be better?

Maybe use a hole saw rather than just a drill bit the size of a pencil as I cant see that making many gains tbh lol

I used this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Bosch-32mm-Bi-Metal-HSS-Holesaw-Brand-New-/270688852936

I think mine was a different size though!

It was piss easy to cut!

Just a hss drill bit or a hole saw (ideally starrett)

Drill nice and slow and dip the bit into some oil between holes to prevent melting the tip.
