Just a quick question, Do all mark 2 saxos have 100BHP or was there a certain date when they started the more powerfull engine

Mk2 vtrs which are registered after september 2000 have the 98bhp engine if i remember rightly mines was registered december 2000 and is an x reg

I think it was after 2001.
Vtr's with the 3 plug ecu and cat in the downpipe are 98 bhp.

No early mk2 had the mk1 engine but it had a silver rocker cover on

mk1 90 bhp, early mk2 cat under car 90bhp, later models cat in fanimold 98bhp or so they say, not convinced myself! but hohum...
